Chaparral St Parking lot.
The parking lot on the Schatzell / Chaparral corner lot on the 500 block of Chaparral now has spaces available for lease to anyone who cares to apply.
Rates are currently $50pm for Downtown residents.
Application forms may be obtained at the DMD offices at 223N Chaparral St, Ste A or you may telephone 361-882-2363 for additional information.
Renovations and improvements continue at the Hotel Corpus Christi Bayfront at 601 N Water Street with the recent opening of “Downtown Coffee”.
This new coffee shop is located within the hotel looking out on to Water Street and serves a variety of coffees, pastries, and other refreshments.
